Ticket Purchase Policy

This Ticket Purchase Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase of tickets for the Poker Championship in London through PokerTickets.org. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Ticket Types and Pricing

We offer the following ticket categories for the Poker Championship in London:

  • Standard Ticket ($10): Access to the general spectator area with general admission seating.
  • Premium Ticket ($20): Extended access including the final tables viewing area with premium seating.
  • VIP Pass ($25): Reserved seating with priority venue access, exclusive lounge access, and complimentary catering.
  • Elite Experience ($30): Front-row reserved seating with all-access pass, private lounge, premium catering, exclusive merchandise, and photo opportunities.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honored.

2. Purchase Process

To purchase tickets:

  • Select your desired ticket type
  • Complete the registration form with accurate personal information
  • Provide valid payment details
  • Review and confirm your purchase

Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic confirmation and e-ticket to your registered email address within 24 hours.

3. Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. Ticket Delivery

All tickets are delivered electronically:

  • E-tickets will be sent to your registered email address

  • E-tickets include a unique QR code for venue entry
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your ticket

5. Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for:

  • Single entry to the Poker Championship in London
  • The specific date(s) indicated on the ticket
  • The access level corresponding to the ticket type purchased

Tickets cannot be combined or upgraded at the venue without prior arrangement.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund available

To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@pokertickets.org with your order number and reason for cancellation.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizers:

  • Cancellation: Full refund will be processed within 14 business days
  • Postponement: Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date, or you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement

8. Ticket Transfer

Tickets may be transferred to another person under the following conditions:

  • Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event
  • The new ticket holder's details must be provided
  • A transfer fee of $5 per ticket may apply
  • Contact transfers@pokertickets.org to initiate a transfer

9. Resale Restrictions

Tickets purchased through PokerTickets.org:

  • May not be resold for commercial purposes
  • May not be resold at a price higher than the original purchase price
  • May not be used for promotional or advertising purposes without authorization

Violation of these restrictions may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

10. Entry Requirements

To gain entry to the event, ticket holders must:

  • Present a valid e-ticket (printed or on mobile device)
  • Present valid government-issued photo identification
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Comply with all venue rules and regulations

11. Venue Rules

All attendees must adhere to venue rules, including but not limited to:

  • No weapons or dangerous items
  • No professional photography or recording equipment without authorization
  • No disruptive behavior
  • Compliance with security screening procedures

The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates venue rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

PokerTickets.org is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets (replacements may be issued at our discretion)
  • Personal injury or property damage at the venue
  • Changes to the event program or schedule
  • Third-party services at the venue
